Self-taught, I work by instinct and improvisation. I have always loved drawing since childhood, through them I have often expressed my desires, my moods, my states of mind or my emotions.
Drawing is for me a way to forget what surrounds me in order to focus only on myself and what I like.
In order to expand my creative possibilities I decided to mix photographic manipulation and digital painting. This artistic mix has allowed me to create atmospheres and universes that correspond to me, that are close to fantastic, surrealist or sometimes even unreal universes.
Always with the aim of getting out of reality while conveying an emotion, a desire or a feeling while leaving everyone free to interpret.
I do not impose any message through my creations, I like to think that everyone can see or feel different things depending on their experience and to be able to look at my portraits in a narrative way leaving room for their own stories.
My portraits represent me, represent you and represent no one at the same time, they are everyone and no one. In the creation of my surrealist portraits, I try to bring as many emotions as possible into the eyes of my characters so that they can tell a story that touches people through these eyes..... Beyond the marks, scars and wounds, the gaze remains, for me, the key element of my surrealist portraits. The atmosphere around the portraits is rather dark, melancholic and sad, but we will often see a chosen light in order to bring a glimmer of hope...
